1) Returns & Refunds

I do not accept returns. I do not normally accept refunds unless there is physical damage to the item. If you have an issue with your item, please send us an email at contact@artbyowl.com. If I determine you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued through the service used for payment.

Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis. My policy lasts up to 15 days, after which any request will be denied. If it is determined that you will be issued a refund or replacement and the item you received will be shipped back to me, the item must be returned unused, unaltered and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, in order to initiate this process. After a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether or not you are eligible for a refund.

 

2) Late/Missing Refunds

Please be sure to check your bank account history thoroughly for the refund, or contact your banking institution, as it may take time for the refund to process or post.

3) Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you have an issue with your item, please send us an email at contact@artbyowl.com.

 

4) Return Shipping

This section is only applicable if it has been determined that you are to eligible for a return.

Please note; you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Any cost to the Artist associated with return shipping will be deducted from any refund, if you are issued one. We do not guarantee that we will receive a returned item. It is advisable to use a traceable shipping service and insurance to send your item.
